This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Grapout.com. Do not copy, install, or use any GrapOut Software Products until you have carefully read and accepted the following terms and conditions. Any reproduction or redistribution not in accordance with this Agreement is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
Overview
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of all services and products offered by Grapout.com. By accessing or using any GrapOut service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective upon your first use of any GrapOut product or service, and remains in force for the duration of your subscription or use period. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the software or services.
Definitions
- Services & Products
- Shall mean and include all offerings provided by Grapout.com, including but not limited to software, data platforms, APIs, and web portals.
- Grapout.com
- Shall mean all of the contents of the files (provided by electronic download, physical media, or any other distribution method), disk(s), CD-ROMs, or other media with which this Agreement is provided, and any content accessible at app.grapout.com.
- Subscription
- A time-limited license purchased by the user, typically valid for up to one (1) year, granting access to designated GrapOut services and support.
Your Rights (You May)
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of applicable subscription fees, GrapOut grants you the following limited, non-exclusive rights:

The following actions are strictly prohibited under this Agreement. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.
No Warranties
Disclaimer of Warranty
Grapout.com expressly disclaims any warranty for its products and services. Grapout.com and any related documentation is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Risk Assumption
The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Grapout.com remains with you. GrapOut does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any data provided through the platform.
Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Consequential Damages
In no event shall Grapout.com be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever — including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss — arising out of the use of, or inability to use, Grapout.com, even if Grapout.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such cases, GrapOut's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
